Yuck!!!. Food use to be good about a year ago ,now it’s awful . I could of bought Uncle Bens pre -cooked rice added brown food coloring and salt and it would have more flavor ! Customer service is absolutely awful , ordered food and got home with wrong stuff that was thrown in trash due to lack of flavor , they would not give refund even though they gave wrong item .If your looking for good food go any where else but here.
Editted: Better recent experience.. I was mistaken about the service, there was a message that was left from the driver at the time, and the chefs have improved since I last ordered in December. It’s just the nature of a restaurant business, in that chefs will change every night and sometimes it will be better than at other times. It was a mistake to be so cutting and critic-like, and I’d like to issue a formal apology to Grand China. Even though it’s not as good as when Paul owned Grand China, it’s still alright food. ++
Fantastic food quality and great service. We get the delivery usually and they are great on the phone and get to the house quickly with a nice bag packed with all the sauces! Wonderful place!
BAD EXPERIENCE!!. First of all they ask me for a tip over the home when I ordered and I agreed…lesson learned…the delivery service was terrible, he couldn’t find our house and kept laying the home down while trying to give him directions! And when we got the food it was not good! The lo mien taste like spaghetti noodles with soy sauce and the general tso’s was not good either!! But of course, they still got the tip I paid before hand!!!! WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!!!

Awesome teriyaki chicken and very friendly staff! Fried rice was excellent. Best Chinese in Greer. Will definitely be back for more. Nice inside atmosphere but kinda scary looking next to BiLo on the outside. Try it though it will not disappoint.
YUM and they deliver!. I HAVE TO SAY THAT I LOVE THIS PLACE!! The fact that they deliver has been an added bonus. We have tried many of their menu items, and I haven’t disliked a single thing. There is typically so much food that we have enough for lunch the next day!The only problems I have had have been from them not giving me all my food, {i picked up my food and they hadn’t put everything in it, and once they shorted me an order of crab rangoon} but they are very kind and credited me right away; whatever they needed to do.
