  I went to Laurenda’s for my wedding and she worked with my budget and I could only do sixteen dollars a head. I got a salad a meat two vegetables rolls and tea for $16 dollars a head. come on you can not beat that. Plus every time I had a meeting with Laurenda they would feed us for free from their line. The staff was simply amazing. I mean they went over my expectations for a $16.00 budget. She did scalloping of the table clothes on her tables. she brought in flowers that matched my arrangements, and her food was amazing. my guest are still talking about how wonderful my reception food was. She doesn’t only have great food but she has a wonderful presentation too. I even had a small family reunion and she worked with me on that. all my friends that are getting married are going to her too. I have no complaints for Laurenda’s. She goes over a beyond expectations to make your special day amazing. I know that if you go with Laurenda’s you can take the stress and worry of catering off your mind because she is the best.

  Absolutely Delicious (and a great price!). This was our first experience with a meat-and-three (being semi-recent New York transplants) and we were really pleased with our experience. The chicken tenders were moist and the breading was crunchy without being hard; the green beans and mashed potatoes were delicious; the sweet tea was perfect and the coconut cake and apple pie were both great. Our server was on top of refilling our drinks and was really sweet to our daughter, as were the folks behind the food line and the woman operating the cash register. I couldn’t believe how much food we got for $21! We will DEFINITELY be back (probably weekly!).

  Starvin Marvin. I love this place, it like eating at my Momma’s house. I go there when I am hungry and tired of eating fast foods. My favorite is the turkey and dressing with sweet potatoes, greens, macaroni and cheese and corn bread with a slice of chocolate cake to go. Oh, don’t let me forget the cucumber and onions soaked in vinegar that you put top of your greens, that stuff so good. Now that is a real Sunday supper. After that the only thing you can do is take a nap with a smile on your face. Thanks Laurenda !

  Disappointment. I called laurendas because their website advertised that they could work with any budget, and that no event was too big or too small. I was told a different story. When I called I told them I had an event for around 150 people and that my budget was around $20 per person. I was quickly told that they could not work within that budget. They didn’t even ask me what it was that I was wanting to serve for my event and they were very unwilling to work with me in anyway. It was a major disappointment for me. If you have an event and you don’t want to spend more than $25 a person I don’t suggest Laurendas as they will not be able to help you.

  The atmosphere is wonderful. The food is great! The service is excellent. Would recommend anyone to eat here. It’s great southern food. They also do caterings. I will definitely be back to eat again soon. And will definitely use them for any parties that I have. Definitely stop by and check them out. You get your money’s worth. Great food for a great price. And the desserts are to die for. Love the coconut cake!
