Terrible experience….. Iced tea was weak, not iced enough. Appetizer we ordered was awful. They said the calamari was fresh, if it was they did a poor jobof preparing it. Even when they replaced it, was not much better, The entre I ordered was not a generous portion. The Mahi Mahi was more the size of a large fish stick and was only accompanied by a small dish of coleslaw and four cold hushpuppies. I ate one. We ended up two of us paying over $50 and left hungry.. Not a good experience at all. Would not recommend. Anyone who was hungry would be disappointed.
Great Restaurant!. Had a great dinner at Angler’s. The service was superb by David and the food was great in both the taste and generous portions. Owner Barbara was very attentive and checked to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. This was both a comfortable and fun experience for us. Would highly recommend this restaurant based on their fine combination of great food, service and reasonable prices!
This place is HORRIBLE! The seafood was disgusting. It was fishy and slimy. When I sent it back, the manager was very rude. She argued with me about the quality of the food and initially refused to fully refund the cost. When she finally did agree to take the item I sent back off the bill, she insisted my table leave immediately, even though 2 members of our party hadn’t finished eating.
Dive Bar. We stay at Sea crest and were happy to find some resturants in walking distance to try new ones this year. This is not one that I would go back to again. The fish did not take fresh and the breading was oily when fried. Even my daughter who loves shrimp did not finish hers and the peel and eat shrimp was OK. The best thing on the dinner was the hushpuppies and honey butter.
My wife and I were not impressed. Thought the classic fish and chips would be great at a place like this, it was bland.
Aim to please. Love this place they have awesome cocktails and treat the G kids with kid gloves if you know what I mean… Food looked good too!!!! Way to go Anglers well be back…
Name change. Name of this restaurant changed to Anglers Beach Market Grill several years ago from what they told me.I have submitted changes accordingly. It is right next to Daniels and Flatbread Grill.Just had a blackened Mahi sandwhich that was great (with fries) and a New England draft.Service was quick and friendly.Will go back again
