Went to this resteraunt because I heard they have an awesome happy hour!!! Not only were the drinks tasty, the bartender Alan was so personable, and charming. Made us feel like we had known eachother for years. He is by far one of the best bartenders on hilton head.

I love the happy hour deal- they give .50 coins back. Margaritas were great, steak fajitas were awesome. They messed up my son’s order and quickly fixed it. Very long wait, but expect that anywhere on HH.

The grilled chicken wings were great, service, queso and music not so much!

Poor service: slow. Asking for one thing to be left off of a dish resulted in it not being left off to begin with, then the remake had all extras taken off. Ordering dessert set us back 40 minutes. Server wasn’t even aware it hadn’t arrived at the table when she came to collect the check. The people at the table next to us left after no one came to take their drink order for 15 minutes. It took them another 20 to realize the table was empty and to reseat it. Overpriced for what you get. Similar in quality to a low end restaurant but at about four times the price.

Best chimichangas on the east coast.I stop by every time I’m in townJust had their special chicken and steak chimi and it was outstandingIf you want cheap crappy so-called mexican, go to taco bell. Nachos with runny cheese is not mexican folks

Surprised to see some bad reviews. Have been vacationing on HHI several times before and decided to give this place a try. I agree with other reviewer that inside isn’t much to look at. We sat outside which was a nice space. Had a folksy acoustic guy playing guitar which was enjoyable. Have driven by on other nites and have seen bands outside later in the evening. Food I thought was better than average. I’m not familiar with authentic Mexican so this worked for us unlike another review. Was tasty and the outside space on a warm evening was nice place to be. Our waitress was nice and service was good.

On the way home (savannah) from the beach we stopped here because we were starving at wanted something good, not fast food. Anyways I asked the greeter at the door if we could pick our own table outside because they were not crowded at all. Just 1 other customer was out there. She said no she has to pick the table. Ummm ok, weird. The Chips and salsa was horrible. Tasted straight from the jar. I’m from Texas , just moved from a Mexican border city and I know Mexican food. It is not worth the 4 each tiny taco. Wasn’t authentic. Service was not that great at all. Our waiter was too busy inside eating his dinner to be attentive. I wouldn’t reccomend this over priced , not so good place.
