Excellent service… Great food… Best hamburger on the island. We really enjoyed the experience and look forward to visiting in every visit to the island.
Service was horrid. Manager ran around and never stopped moving, but he was not productive in getting anything done. The kitchen was running thirty- forty minutes behind from the time of order- fine. We can hang- order cocktails, maybe an appetizer. (We overheard the manager tell his parents this- he did not notify paying customers). After ten minutes someone from my table had to get up, walk across the whole floor, and ask for someone to send a waitress over. This is just one example of many errors at CharBar. The burgers were not worth a wait. The sides are not worth a wait. A free side of fries to tables patiently waiting would have gone a long way. Instead CharBar turned off repeat customers.
