Waitress was great, but that is the only positive thing I can say. We had our 2 kids with us and our 1 1/2 year old was fussy. Were we annoyed and frustrated with our son? Of course we were! However, I don’t think it is appropriate for the MANAGER kick us out of the restaurant. He was very rude and did not care a bit that he was being rude. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially those with young children! Can’t believe we paid $40 for such a bad experience (and we didn’t even get to eat our pizza in the restaurant!)
Horrific experience. 5 menu items out of stock when we tried to order. Soggy lukewarm pizza. Daughter’s food allergies were completely ignored and then mishandled. Ordered food to go (huge mistake) and was completely wrong order. Spoke to manager and waited an HOUR for delivery of the correct order before I called again and had manager tell me he wrote the information down wrong and would eventually resend. Brutal food. Brutal service. Brutal management (both managing our order AND their inventory). Brutal allergy management.

Even my slice of cheesecake was frozen. How New York City Pizza has been voted best pizza on Hilton Head Island is a mystery to me. Frozen pizza at the grocery beats this stuff. Too bad it was take out or I would have refused to pay after taking one bite. Ended up throwing the mess away. NEVER AGAIN!10 Dec, 2014Awful!.
