Nice quiet kept place. I love this place! When I used to commute to HHI on the weekends, I would always stop here for breakfast. Fairly priced and always amazing. Simple good food in a quiet kept location

Decent breakfast sandwich. Decent value.
It’s a goldmine!. This place is always hopping! My husband stop in here every morning for a coffee and it has everything you can imagine. We’ve eaten their breakfast sandwiches and they are great. Their cinnamon rolls are awesome too! We’ve also had to run for some seasonings when we were grilling and had a great selection. If you’re staying in Palmetto Dunes, you have to stop in and check it out.
