Terrible representation of Hilton Head cuisine. Save your money, time and palate. This restaurant serves overpriced food that tastes like microwave fare. To add insult, the service is abysmal-a trait learned from management. Complaints are not addressed, improvements never made. Do yourself a favor and drive further inland away from Shelter Cove. There are some great eateries on the island, but this place is NOT one of them.
My family and I have been coming here for years. We always have wonderful service and make sure to eat here at least once each time we come. We love the early bird menu! My favorites are the Parmesan crusted tilapia and she crab soup. My mouth waters just thinking about it. Jennifer was our server this time. She is WONDERFUL!
The oysters they served me and my wife tasted fishy and not fresh do we had to retiurn them. Sirloin steak was so so and several of our companions were not impressed with their food either. Would not recommend,
Every time I’ve been there, the service has been perfectly fine, the food has been good, especially for the prices. Wine selection is limited, but that’s forgivable. Go and enjoy the food and the view.
Terrible dining experience. Dinner for four, all meals took over an hour and none were prepared as ordered. No bread, missing salads, lost our order slip and retook order after an hour of waiting and watching others who arrived after us get served. After this terrible meal we asked the waiter to ask the manager to apply a credit for all the troubles and they said there was nothing they could do. Very unfortunate experience.
Walked in. Saw a few dozen oysters already shucked and shrimp on a cold bar. Stood there 30 seconds with no greeting. Immediately walked out. Place was one big room with old people and dark carpet. Just don’t do it. Walk down to San Miguel’s.
This place has horrible food at an expensive price. Fast food is better than this restaurant! Stay clear of it!
