  Took almost 2 hours for my husband and I to eat dinner here. Messed up my order. Husband wanted his steak medium rare and they don’t cook anything under medium (red flag; is the beef not good quality and that’s why they have to cook to at least medium?). Waitress hardly ever checked on us. Would not recommend.

  The food was really very good but the bar staff was a little unattentive – We sat at the bar and the bartenders (2 male) were very talkative with other people and left us unattended for quite a bit. I ordered lump crab meat ceviche and was served shrimp ceviche, they had to take it back but instead just brought another one which was lump crab. Meals were good – had to wait quite a bit to get the bill from the bartender.

  This place has so much potential to be great because of the ambiance but i suspect it is just poorly managed. We have been here 3 times now (twice last year and once this year) with similar results each time. On this last trip we started our night upstairs at the bar around 6:30 while we waited for our reservations at 8:30 in the restaurant. it was pretty empty but it was early in the evening so that’s no surprise. It took 15 mins before a waitress came to our table and then another 20 mins to get the drinks (which were wrong). Ordered some pimento cheese spread as an app and it was good but it took 10 minutes to get silverware and plates after the food was served. Completely a training issue with the staff as she was very sweet but just in the weeds as far as being a server. We had two drinks over a 1.5 period and it took forever to get the check (I was so frustrated and thought my head was going to explode) Then we went downstairs for dinner: The waiter was great, attentive (despite being busy) and knew what he was talking about when we asked for suggestions. The food was just okay bordering bad. Fish was overcooked and served with a soggy skin on top (if you are serving fish with the skin on the top at least crisp it up), steak tasted unseasoned and the sides tasted like they had been sittings in a hotel pan for about 4 hours. My wife was convinced the mashed potatoes, served with her steak, were instant…they tasted like it but i will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they make them fresh. I doubt we will ever go back which saddens me considering I gave them several chances to get it right. This is definitely the black sheep of the SERG fleet. Also, we sat near the front and during the course of our meal we saw the manager get yelled at by 3 different unhappy patrons (I wasn’t one of them).

  Came here for the top bar nightlife. Everything was decent priced for an upscale type of place. I wouldn’t go here regularly but the atmosphere was really enjoyable.

  Amazing gluten free items! They have a dedicated gluten free fryer, the fried shrimp and catfish was so good! We also had calamari, delicious!!!

  Some friends of mine and I went to the rooftop bar and lucky us…there was happy hour Karoke! It was so much fun. Planned on staying for a cocktail or two…ended up staying for hours singing and dancing the night away! So fun!

  Sadly, you are paying for the view and the rest is uninspiring.Poseidon Salad – canned olives, canned artichokes, limp bag lettuce and mayonnaise spiked dressing.Bland addition to the tourist selection for an overpriced dinner w/ the kids
