So, SO good!!! It’s busy and that’s a good sign! Pancakes are awesome!!!! Wish we could take this lil’ joint home with us!!!! Everyone was so nice and the food was great! Loved sitting at the bar and watching the controlled chaos!!! Great teamwork, guys!!!

The breakfast is what you wish Waffle House was. Southern Coney was clean, friendly, and tasty. Foodies may be bored with the flavor options, but for a classic breakfast, this is a great bet.
Canned chili on dogs. This by far is the worst place to eat on the island, the dogs were terrible, and the chili came out of a can. Hilton head has alot of bad places to eat, but dont go here.The island is seasonal so the food in most places is low grade.Go to truffles in bluffton,or frankie bones, all else is a waste of money, we’ve been going to HHI for twenty yrs. for the beach not the food.

No.. The pancakes were average at best. One of the three blueberry pancakes was chocolate chip. I would understand if I ordered two blueberry and one chocolate chip. One of our guests omelette was not cooked through. Raw egg. Coffee was good. I would not go back.
The pancakes and hash browns were the highlight. The omelette was just okay, but fun diner like. The energy was great and the service was good. Good prices and an easy way to get breakfast.
