The setting was nice, by the pool at the hotel. The food was ok, ordered beer battered fish–which was clearly breaded and not beer battered. Service was the worst we have ever had in our 20+ years of coming to the island. Our server appeared to be absent during most of our meal and it took forever to get our drinks and food.

the food is overpriced bar food that is just okay. it is basically a hotel bar next to the holiday inn pool. that being said, the atmosphere is pretty good and the beach is not far away. our service was nothing short of terrible. she was nice enough. when you could find her. the drinks were the best part of the meal. a nice selection although also overpriced. but then again you are in Hilton head. on the beach. whatever. I would not go back to this place. there are way better places in Hilton head, with better food and better service for the same prices.
Way overpriced! Great selection of appetizers with wonderful southern flare but husband had Fried seafood platter and was very dissappointed. He paid $30 for small portions and average food. Paid the same amount for amazing all you can eat crab at Main Street. Stick with the appetizers and I think you may be pretty satisfied. Great service from Trish.
Interesting to say the least. The atmosphere was not unpleasant. The restaurant itself is clean, visually appealing and well set up with both an inside and outside seating area. The outside bar that is part of the hotel had music and, after asking, I realized it was not karaoke but was a paid performer. The food was over priced for the quality, which was poor at best. Salad came out with the meal and both our steaks, while well cooked, were bland. The service was lackluster to say the least and the manager came to ask about the meal without making eye contact or even feigning interest. The staff is also uninformed about the menu. It was not busy and our drinks went empty. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. There are many better options.
