Stopped here for an early lunch…And even though they serve breakfast we opted for burgers at 10:30 in the morning. Glad we did. Burgers cooked to order with many toppings to choose from. Onion rings were exceptional. Would definitely go back.
I stopped by Wayback Burgers with a few friends after a quick trip to the nearby TJMaxx and Kroger. I didn’t want to wait to cook so I suggested we stop on the way back to the beach house. I ordered a custom burger — double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onions and tangy barbecue sauce. I also ordered a side fry. The cashier that took my order was extremely friendly and wished me a happy (early) birthday and gave me a coupon for a $1 off my next meal. I had to wait less than 7 minutes for the food but it was hot and delicious. I’d return the next time I’m in the Palmetto Dunes area of Hilton Head. forkcetious.com

Easy to get to from Palmetto Dunes. Called out meal in to pick up. Was not ready when we arrived. 20 min later. Food was unimpressive and staff not well organized.Burgers small and mashed. Bags with feud with grease stains. Order was not correct and had to drive back. Do not recommend
