We stopped here because my partner happened to walk by on his early morning exercise. We shared a fried green tomato appetizer. It was excellent. Then we split the 12 oz filet with grilled asparagus and a side of sherry mushrooms. We also had a Ceasar salad. Everything was delicious. The steak was done to perfection and very tender. I have nerves had better asparagus. Our server was friendly and efficient. We loved the small bar atmosphere.
We chose to spend our dinner here because of the reviews. By far the WORST DINNER we have had. Very expensive and my husbands meal was a puddled pork chop mess. I could barely cut my steak which was overdone. The kids veggies were a frozen variety and their Mac and cheese was Kraft. I could have done much better myself. Had to go next door to get a frozen pizza. Super disappointed.
