Recipes. Their recipes are not consitant. One day the Chow Mein has a sauce the next time it doesn’t, its almost dry. Kung Po is never the same, sometimes too spicy to eat and next time not spicy enough. Lo Mein Sometimes has too many veggies next time has very few. They need to do one or the other all the time.
Great won ton soup.
