Went to Chucks for the first time. Waiter brought second un ordered drink. Ground beef had hard pieces of grizzle. Manager claims it was chunks of hard fat that comes from grinding their own beef. No apologies. Seniors beware, they will pad your bill with unwanted drinks. They also try to up sell you to most expensive item on menu.

Exactly where are the 2 wheelchairs and a highchair supposed to go?Thank you for so politely telling me that it wasn’t possible to have 2 wheelchairs AND a highchair at the end of the BOOTH !Thank you again for assuring us of the accessibility of your restaurant.Thank you to all of our family members, some of which had drove all the way from Charlotte , NC for the surprise 50th anniversary party for my parents.Thank you for allowing my wife and I to drive an hour and a half to your ACCESSIBLE restaurant only to find out that it is IMPOSSIBLE for a wheelchair to fit into the bathroom.Thank you for the disappointment , frustration , and the embarrassment you caused my family.Thank you for RUINING my parents 50th anniversary party.And thank you for giving me the opportunity to let all wheelchair users and their families know of your NON-ACCESSIBLE restaurant
We’ve visited Chuck’s Steakhouse 3 different times, and had as many different dining experiences. None have been unpleasant, but I would like a bit more consistency in the service. The steaks are always excellent, the salad bar extensive and clean, the bread excellent and the cheese & crackers a welcome departure from the norm. If they could only get the wait staff up to the lofty standard of the cuisine, all would be perfect. I still heartily recommend Chuck’s, but expect service that lags a bit behind. Well worth the minor inconvenience!
Disappointed with the food. Ordered two filets cooked medium (for fianc and I) and both were rare, sent them back and they were medium rare at best after being cooked a second time. Bland flavor too. Service was good though. Friendly staff.
Great place for Happy Hour! Lots of food choices, friendly bartenders and great drinks! $5 Martinis…. The chocolate one is awesome!
MUCH BETTER STEAKS ELSEWHERE. Very disappointed. Pricey and not worth the cost. Steak and prime rib very mediocre. When I pay that price, I don’t expect a salad bar and especially a very ordinary one. Wine pour very stingy for the price. Won’t be back.
