The workers. People write these bad reviews of these places with out knowing the whole aspect of it. I have friends and family that work at that CiCi’s, and they have been told that out of all the CiCi’s in the USA that theirs is the most busy of them all. It takes hard work to fill up that buffet.
Good. Great for kids
Forget this Icky place. Go someplace else. Terrible Terrible place. Lines out the door. Pizza buffet? Where is the PIZZA. Counter buffet totally empty. Everyone standing waiting for pizza, the moment one comes out everyone grabs it. And still they take the your money at the cash register. Food all over the floor, tables everwhere piled with dirty plates. One person in the whole place to pickup dishes and clean tables, unbelievable.Tried to complain to the manager, But he couldn’t come to the counter he was the one making the pizzas..Store #0623 I advise you to go someplace else.
It blows my mind that this place is busy. We’re here for our kids’ post season baseball party but we won’t be back. The food is rubbery and tastes like plastic. My wife ate a rotten tomato and that finished her night. The only redeeming factor is that the soda taste right.
