So I just stopped in for something quick and easy and a drink because it was close to the hotel. I did not partake in any of the Irish options, just a chicken tender app and the onion rings. I can get better chicken fingers at a fast food restaurant. They weren’t even good frozen supermarket chicken strips. The onion rings were huge but too huge-so much so another patron asked if I’d ordered donuts. I’d asked for them well done and they still came out with the insides still doughy and not done. I couldn’t even eat one whole one.

Irish Pub. I’ve lived at the beach almost 15 years now and been going t o Finns. Slowly but surely the food has gone down hill. They used to have the absolute best Ruben Sandwich in all of Myrtle Beach but when I got one this week it was really greasy (too much oil on the bread) had almost no sauerkraut and very little (if any) Swiss cheese. Plus the portion of corned beef was smaller. Their Rubens used to be so big it took two hands to hold them…no longer. My husband and I have always gotten really spotty service there but we have gotten past that by only ordering carryout. Now it appears that the food is going the way of the service. I recommend going elsewhere unless you are strictly looking for someplace to to on St. Patrick’s day.
