My all-time favorite pulled pork in the entire world is at Hamburger Joes! I love the Sampson sauce. We always take a few bottles home with us. Their wings, fries, and burgers are really good too. The ambiance is nothing fancy but very fun. My only complaint is they could use a wider selection of beers, labatt blue for one.
The food was very good but I do have complaints based on the wait time and that they could not seem to get our wait times right. We ended up waiting about 1 hour and 10 minutes after they told us the wait would be around 30 minutes. With a two and four year old this was not a good experience. Although our wait was excruciatingly long, our waitress was very delightful and got our food very fast
Better Burger @ Sonic. My family of 4 ate here on our way back from Brookgreen Gardens. It was a huge disappointment. With a name like Hamburger Joe’s you would think these would be homemade burgers. Not the case, they might have been a step above soybean burgers??? There was nothing special about these burgers, we could have gotten cheaper and better @ Sonic. The only good thing was the beer was cold.
Burger was very good, chili was pretty good, just remember that they only take cash, no credit.
Excellent & Affordable. Ate at Hamburger Joe’s for lunch today for the first time, but it won’t be my last. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. We ordered mozarella sticks we got 7 w/ maranara and ranch, the ranch was delicious as were the cheese sticks. We both ordered cheese burgers and split an order of WONDERFUL fries, our burgers were delicious and juicy, the lettuce was crisp and all around everything was good including the sweet tea. If you are looking for fancy don’t go, but if you want tasty, quality food at good prices and a friendly staff, by all means GO!
Awesome burgers & wings! Not @ all fancy but the beer was cold, the service was good & our bill was less than $50. Will definitely be back. FYI, it’s CASH ONLY.
