We were in the mood for good Mexican food and boy did we find it! The food was very good and so was the service was excellent and attentive. We liked the fact on their menu you could order combination platters without beans and rice, my husband does not care for them and usually has to order a la cart and that can get pricey. We like to visit smaller hometown restaurants when we travel. Definitely a must for anyone who loves real Mexican food.
The Margaritas Mexican Restaurant is YUMMY. When you’re at the beach there are a lot of fish places and kid places, but to find a great Mexican restaurant was a delightful surprise. They came right away with chips and salsa, and they brought both hot and mild sauce and I ordered guacamole and it was flavourful and we finished the bowl. I ordered the chimichanga dinner with rice and beans and one tamale and they were scrumptious my dad got the El pollo loco grilled chicken with queso served with rice and beans and he cleaned his plate. The service was great as well super friendly if you like Mexican food this is your Myrtle Beach spot!
