Again, great food, great service and happy, friendly owners. I absolutely love this place. Never a disappointment!23 Nov, 2013Try the pumpkin cheesecake…….then buy a whole one to take home with you. Absolutely melt in your mouth, slap somebody, keep it on the menu all year long fabulous! Good work, Mike and Megan. This is our favorite restaurant! Sherry is a super server that I wouldn’t mind sitting down for dinner with.22 Sep, 2013My boyfriend and I went to Rotelli for the first time Friday, September 20, 2013 and we both enjoyed it immensely. There was live music by Al Dondi, fantastic, older, romantic songs. The food was absolutely incredible- I ordered the Rotelli Sampler and loved every bite, especially the ravioli and the eggplant. Our waitress was a very nice, very menu-savvy lady named Sherry and she was a delight. Everything was so amazing that we returned the next day for lunch, which was another fantastic experience. The tiramisu is the best I’ve ever had. We will be back every Friday night.
After 3yrs tried again…LOVED IT. We are local CF residents but haven’t been to Rotellis in 3 yrs when we had an awful dinner experience. After being taken over by new owners, we tried again and it was spectacular. Went after church on a Sat. Nite @6, pretty empty as the CCU game was taking place across the road. Was warmly greeted, shown to table, server came over immediately and offered drinks. Returned and pointed out the specials sheet on the menu. Specials included tilapia and scallops, both with risotto or angle hair. We started with the stuffed mushrooms, the sauce begged to be mopped up with the fresh, crispy bread. My husband had the Tilapia and I had pasta carbonara. Both included salad and were priced very reasonably @15/17, very nice presentation also. The owner Megan came over and asked how we liked the food and wine as she was just introducing it to the restaurant. We were delighted to have her talk about introducing more varied wines @ great prices. We were so pleased with the service and quality of the food that it will become a place on our go to list of places. Good job Megan and staff…compliments to the chef!!
The service was the worst that I’ve experienced in a long time. My teenage waitress had slim knowledge of the menu. I ordered snapper and got talapia. Our tables pizza was near raw. This place is a joke. I will not be back.
Had a pretty good experience. Good price, came out hot and quick. Friendly server, clean and quiet on a Sunday evening. Enjoyed the pizza and Stromboli. Thank you for a local restaurant done right.
Food and service were good. They were able to entertain the kids by having them each make their own piece of bread. Pretty cool idea.
Horrible Service. On June 24 at noon I took my two daughters to Rotelli’s for lunch. I and my daughter ordered the lunch special . She ordered a slice of cheese pizza with a salad with ranch dressing along with a Italian Combo dry and I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza along with the Italian combo dry and a bowl of soup and my other daughter ordered the Ziti with salad. QAfter waiting awhile she brought the two slices of pizza both both were just cheese so I told the server (Alexis) and she took my pizza back and then after waiting a while she finally brought back the slice with pepperoni. After awhile she brought the Italian Combos for both of us but they were soaked in dressing which we ordered dry and she also brought some bread to the table. When she finally brought my daughters salad minus the ranch dressing we told her about the dressing on the Italian Combos and that we do not want them and to just take off the order because we already waited awhile. At that point she had a attitude. Also I was never asked if I wanted a refill of my soda the whole time there. By the time we finally received the bill she just put on table and walked away. I have always left a 20% tip on all my bills due to the fact that both my daughters have been servers in the Myrtle Beach area and I know it is a thankless job and they depend on tips to survive but this is the first time that the service was so bad that I did not leave a tip. I have been to Rotelli’s numerous times and always enjoyed it but this time the experience was awful and I will never return. It is a shame that the owners of Rotelli’s would have a server of this caliber continue to work there and lose customers due to her incompetence.
HORRIBLE FOOD!!. Don’t waste your time the food was just horrible! It took us almost an hour to get our dinner that wasn’t even worth waiting for! We will never go back there again!! We are from New York, we know about good Italian food and this is not the place to go for it!
