Great breakfast spot. Tried this place on a Sunday morning, it was better than I expected. Great food, good prices with very friendly, good service. The manager or hostess or whatever she is was kinda rude but that was all. I would definitely recommend this place!
Inconsistent and waitress was rude second time- and last!!!!
Very average food – setting has lots of character. Old mill setting was cool with interesting historical pics and country themed artwork. We had high hopes of finding a great, unique breakfast place in Lex but were disappointed. Dining area is very large and open. Food was very average almost cafeteria quality. Pancakes were bland, doughy and lifeless. Deep fried home fries (come on !) With onions added as an afterthought were warm and bland. Eggs overcooked. We tried the onion sausage – cold and stale. Sad to say but Cracker Barrel is much better in service and food.
Breakfast at creekside. Just a Great Place to Meet Friends an enjoy a home style breakfast. I think the wait Staff is the best in town!
Lizards Thicket type resturant. Food was average, service was timely, but lacked friendly local flare. Everyone went through the motions but was more interested in doing it fast, checking the box and moving on. Insert smile here and tell the customer to have a great day.
One of Best Places in Lexington. OK. . . so what if this place is located in the dump that is the Lexington Old Mill? Creekside is the exception and is AWESOME! The chicken and dumplings special on Monday is the best deal in town. The lunch specials are all exceptional and I’ve had them all. You won’t go hungry here! The service is prompt and attentive and service is FAST! This is THE meeting place in Lexington for breakfast or lunch and Sunday afternoons. Food quality is excellent and I have yet to find anything about Creekside that I don’t like. My favorite place in Lexington by far!
We like the idea of this and the location but the food is hit or miss.
