The best Mediterranean food in Columbia. Always fresh, always delicious. I have been a fan since it’s opening. Azmi is awesome.
Not worth the money. We found the food to be over priced for what we got. The steak was an overgrown hamburger. Portions were small no vegetables offered everything was over rice. Also gratuity was added to bill so no control over that. We will not be back
What more could one want from a dining experience.. The evening specials are ever changing depending on what fresh fare is available. The wait staff is welcoming and even on the busiest of nights do their best to ensure that you have an experience not just a meal. The menu is not as extensive as some places, but the entrees offered are always prepared to order.The Mediterranean Cafe is more of a gathering spot for friends to enjoy an evening out with conversation, good food and wine at a pace that is reflective of the restaurant’s name.
Exccellent. The seasoned grill chicken with vegetable kabob is excellent. Its always prepared with consistent flavor. The wait staff is pleasant, not to mention just really beautiful girls (kudos to the hiring manager). They close at 9:00 PM, a little early for a restaurant, but it is Lexington, SC. So if you walk in just as they open or just as they are closing, don’t expect anyone to jump for joy. Shame on you for going too late. I love this restaurant!
Wonderful Dinner. We have visited the caf about 5 times. It is one of our favorite Lexington restaurants. Our book club has had our dinner meetings here. I usually get the hummus and Greek chicken salad. We had the steak special once and it was amazing. I believe you will find the current reviews more positive due to the improved service at the Mediterranean Caf.
A very clean and inviting environment. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enough food to satisfy your hunger without feeling like you have over eaten. Try the specials. The fish is perfectly cooked. I highly recommend this restaurant.
