Sept/04/16NEGATIVEUpon entering my wife and I were not greeted. We ordered the Sweet and sour chicken combo and the Bourbon chicken combo. I got my order the sweet and sour chicken, it was alright. My wife got her order the Bourbon chicken, but the chicken resembled pork it also tasted like pork. When she asked the young man behind the counter he stated that we would not lie its chicken the cook showed her the chicken for the Bourbon chicken and a piece of pork, both look the same. After they tried to give her something else on the menu. My wife got her money back for her meal.
Don’t worry. They have consistently good food.. I have been ordering from this restaurant for years now. Always quick delivery. Always friendly. Some people seem to have missed this, but the lady behind the counter isn’t southern, and not (or at least not originally) an American. Coming from a different culture, she may not be accustomed to things like greeting every single person as they enter and/or maybe feels that you are the one being rude stepping to the counter with no idea of what you want. Ignore the poor customer service reviews and get yourself some pretty good food. Actually, I’ve just received a delivery from New China. From ordering to my door in roughly 20 minutes.
