After asking if prime rib was available a few minutes early and bring rudely told no it’s not served until 4, we asked to speak with manager. Ivan came to our table and said we could order prime rib because it was ready. We asked if we could have a different waitress. Since we were celebrating my daughter and son-in-law’s new home, my daughter’s birthday and my and my husband’s anniversary, we wanted a very pleasant experience. Thanks to Ivan and Gabi our new waitress we did. The food was excellent! We could not have asked for a better experience.
Downhill Slide. This is a place that has gone downhill last few years. It once was a great place but the prices have gone up and the service and food quality gone way down. I tried OC’s with my family and was disappointed again. The bread is probably the best thing on the menu. Our server got an attitude when we asked for additional bread. Will be a long time before I return here.
Extremely Terrible Service. When we arrived, we had to wait about 5-10 minutes to be seated. When we were taken to our table, we were seated in the left side of the restaurant, which was empty save for another couple seated further back. God help you if they seat you in this section. You can see very little of the rest of the restaurant as there are potted plants sitting on the wall obstructing the view (probably makes it hard for waiters/waitresses to see you too). The air conditioning vents in this section essentially blow very cold air on you. The carpet under our table was not clean (there were fries that were not swept up) and one of the small plates for the rolls was dirty.We did not get service until the manager for that evening noticed us and asked if we had been greeted yet. He took our drink orders and we got our drinks a minute or two later. It took yet another 5-10 minutes for them to take our food order. When they took our food order, we needed refills at that time, but never received them until much later when yet again the manager walked by and asked if everything was OK. That was the only time we ever got refills.The food arrived after a fairly long wait. My girlfriend had ordered the steak and chicken fingers. The steak was ordered medium, but it arrived well done. We did not want them to cook another steak as we did not want to wait another 20 minutes or longer. I ordered the shrimp scampi pasta, which was lukewarm when it arrived. Shortly after the food was dropped off, the manager came by yet again to ask about the steak. We told him it was overcooked and didn’t want to wait for another, so he said he would give us a discount on it.This was the LAST TIME that ANYONE visited our table. We ate our entire meal after that with no one checking up on us, no one giving us refills, and worst of all, NO ONE coming by to even give us our bill. We got sick and tired of waiting in the cold, deserted part of the restaurant, went to the front, and asked for our bill. The hostess said that normally we should pay at the table, but I said we had been waiting for quite some time. She asked if we knew who was waiting on our table. That’s a problem, because our waiter never said his name to us, and we had only seen him maybe three times during the entire night. At that point, the manager showed up and was able to print out our bill, so we paid and promptly left. No real apology, just a discount (which at least was large enough to cover the overcooked steak) and pretty much no words.Completely and entirely a terrible service. There was nothing good about it. The discount covered the ruined steak but nothing else was done. The manager seemed apathetic about the whole thing, as if the discount was supposed to make up for the complete failure of the restaurant. I will never visit this restaurant again.
We had a large group. Ricky got us seated quickly. The service was outstanding. The food was great. Highly recommended.
