We enjoyed the microbrewery’s beer with dinner . I had the palmetto pale ale which was good. It had the hoppy bite of a pale ale, but not to strong of a bite. My husband enjoyed the double stout, a smooth stout not bitter. I had the Beer B Q sandwich. It was delicious. It had just enough sauce for flavor but not over sauced that it was sloppy to eat. The pork was good quality without globs of fat or gristle. My spouse inhaled his Reuben, he enjoyed it so much. Our son ordered the Brewpub burger, a cheeseburger with a fried egg on it. We all found everything cooked well and tasty. Save room for dessert because they are made fresh on the premises. Good brews and really tasty food to go with it. Highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite eats and drinks spots in the Lexington, SC area. Everything I have tried here has been very flavorful and perfectly prepared from the fried green tomatoes with a tangy spicy side sauce to the burgers and the Spinach salad with drunken pears soaked in an alcoholic sweet burbon sauce I believe. Very tasty food. The beer is also very flavorful and I am very pleased with their wide selection. My favorite seasonal was the Summer Solstice. The staff also went completely out of their way to make our dining experience a memorable one. The owner seated us outside on their very quaint and charming patio overlooking a pond with umbrellas and lights and the works. It was very hot so the owner pulled a large fan out just for us! When it started to rain he seated us inside and moved the great big screen tv towards us so we could watch The World Soccer Cup while we ate. What a great guy! I will visit here often as possible.

The first time we stopped into the Old Mill Brew Pub was a month or two after it first opened for business and it was not the best experience from the poor quality food to the bad service. We decided to give the Brew Pub another go and on our most recent visit everything from the food to the service, was really good.

Becoming our regular place. Just moved to the area, we are use to a bigger city and it is hard to find cool places to eat. This place fits the bill of what we were looking for. Hubby likes the beer and they have choices for a vegetarian which is nice for me, also offer gluten free substitute on sandwiches! Only thing I can say that’s a little negative is the size of the veggie wrap. Guess they think if you don’t eat meat your a petite eater, not me. I like my food!! But it tasted great so that’s a plus! We go all the time now so its worth a visit if you haven’t been check it out!

I like it…but. Must have caught them on a bad night. The only thing good on this visit was the beer and the service of the bartender and server – (two families, 3 kids @ 11 and under).Hummus app – strange, too much garlic (bread was good)Burgers – not much flavor and the bread wasn’t as fresh as expected (3 of these at the table)Muffaletta – with a couple from N.O., so a hard sell to themVegetable pita – very little content (6-7 pieces of squash/zuc)Calamari app – yikes, just badAntipasto app – pretty goodUnfortunately, other than the beer and our server, nothing was really good – my thought is it had to do w/ the colder weather, less seating avail. (we were seated in the outside section w/ heaters, etc.), more customers than anticipated? $150+ after tip We’ll go back, just may wait a while.

Delicious Dining at the Old Mill Brew Pub. My husband and I enjoyed a delicious dinner overlooking the Mill Pond complete with ducks swimming around. The food was perfectly cooked and presented. Being a guest in town for our trip to the Masters’, it’s too bad this pub isn’t here in our home town of Sunset Beach, NC. The staff was courteous and friendly and the management right on top of it all! Thank you Jamie!!!!
