We love Red Bowl! Lunch prices are best but some of the coupons Mint magazine help offset dinner costs. We eat here often.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. Great price and food. Everyone is great and friendly. The manger remembers you and treats you as part of her family.

Yummy! Sushi after 8 pm is the way to go. Other menu items are good too but we are all about the sushi.

Not what I expected.. There are plenty of businesses around, so this should be a busy and well rounded lunch place. My wife and I arrived and got seated quickly. Besides us, 4 more tables where occupied. So not that busy after all.My wife ordered one of the lunch specials from the lunch menu and I ordered sushi. The sushi arrived within 5 minutes. 2 roles and an order of Ikura (salmon row). After 10 minutes of looking at my sushi and waiting for my wives food, the waitress informed us that the kitchen was in the middle of an health inspection and that my wives food should arrive shortly. 10 minutes later we canceled my wives dish and shared the sushi. The roles were good, not great, but ok, the Ikura, however was something els. The fish eggs where old and instead of having clean crisp eggs that burst in your mouth, I got fish egg mush. The same kind of mess you get when you leave a open jar of salmon row in the fridge for 7 days. The eggs open up release there content and you are left with a smelly slimy liquid.I asked the waitress to bring the plate back to the chef and asked him if he would eat it. His replied to her, thats the sauce! The waitress was the only positive thing about our visit. She really tried to make up for the mishaps and seemed genuinely sorry. All in all a bad experience, that left us with a fishy aftertaste.

We recently moved to Lexington and live within a fee minutes of Red Bowl. I really enjoy going there for lunch. I always get the scallion chicken with fried rice and wonton soup. I really like their wonton soup. Most places just use greasy chicken broth but Red Bowl uses a light gingery broth-so yummy! The scallion chicken is spicy without being obnoxiously so. The lunch portions are HUGE and I always have enough for a second meal. The management is nice and comes by the tables, even during the lunch rush and the decor is nice. Overall, it’s a great place to eat.

Now known as Red Bowl. We stopped in for a late lunch and were promptly seated with no wait.I started off with a Crunchy Florida roll…yumIf your a fan of shrimp and crab, give the Crunchy Florida roll a try. Then came our entrees,I picked the Thai Cashew Nut Shrimp and the wife tried the Mongolian Beef….We both enjoyed our dinners. The spring rolls were small but really good and the added sauces made the rolls extra tasty.Inside is very clean with lots of seating, booths and tables as well as a bar area with a few tv’s.The prices are great for the quality and I am already looking for a return trip and another crunchy florida roll. Our server was efficient and friendly.

Wife and I ate at Fusion Bowl for lunch. She had the Tempura Fried Shrimp Roll, which was very tasty. I had the Sushi Combo B, 9 pieces of sushi. The Unagi sushi, part of the B Combo was excellent. I judge sushi restaurants on how their Unagi is. We will be returning again. So many sushi choices to make!
