Two weeks ago I was at this Buger King for breakfast. Within 10 minutes the restaurant lost three dine-in and three drive thru customers. Issue: Only one person was working both the front counter and the drive thru. An impossible task. Also, there was no manager in sight. When I asked, the server very frustratedly explained that the District Manager directed his restaurants that only server was to be used to man both areas. That afternoon I tried using my iPhone to register a complaint on BK’s customer service website without success. The site was very glitchy and kept failing. The food and the service at BK’s in general has always been less than good. So, problems with BK’s customer site didn’t surprise me. Anyway, hopefully, BK will get message and do something about their waning reputation.
