Horrible staff, horrible good. Will not go back. Was warned but didn’t listen. Fish was overcooked and took way too long. Staff said they were busy, there were three other couples in restaurants. Also allowed smoking inside.
Pancakes the size of your head. After a weekend of Girl Scout camping, we stopped here for breakfast. Most of the kids wanted pancakes, and thanks to the waitress who recommended they only order one each! They were enormous and tall and fluffy and tasty! My child just wanted cheese grits and they were great too. This is not a fancy place at all, but it’s one of the few places to eat in the area. The food is cooked to order (the menu reminds you that they are not a fast-food restaurant), it’s on the lake, the servers are friendly and efficient and the food (at least I can speak for breakfast) was just what we needed. Plus, local joints rule!
