Don’t Go. Goodfellas is ‘in my neighborhood’ and we have eaten here and gotten carry out often. Their food is not great but it is convenient. We went to have dinner recently and the hostess said no tables were available – she took our names. After 10 minutes or so we were wondering to ourselves why the band was placed in the restaurant area rather than the bar area – the folks in the restaurant were not eating – they were drinking and watching the band. After waiting for 20 minutes or so with no one leaving we asked the hostess why they weren’t turning the tables over – she had no reply just shrugged. We asked who the owner was and she said there was a manager on duty if we wanted to speak to him. We were then approached by a very sloppy belligerent man who had an awful attitude from the start. His opening to us was ‘I’m the manager – you got a problem?’ Spoken with ‘attitude’. We asked him why the band was in the restaurant and people were not eating, just watching the band and drinking. We indicated we thought that was the purpose of having a bar area and a restaurant area, to separate the two. He said the band was there because that’s where he wanted it and if we didn’t like it we could leave. We complained that we should have been told that the restaurant was being used as a lounge rather than taking our name to wait for a table that would never come available. He said we should have been able to see that for ourselves. He was rude rude rude and arrogant and appeared to have been drinking – smelly and dirty to look at and aggressive – he got in my husband’s face and was about to put his hands on him when we turned to leave. We’ve spent a lot of money here over the years but will never return. Also taking great pleasure in letting anyone we know how we were treated.

Terrible management. Never been treated so rudely in my life at a public place that should care more about hospitality than anything. Not going to bore you with the details but I will never set foot in that place until someone with some class is running it. Thank God we have Liberty on the Lake now!
Terrible Service Poor Food. So I went here today for lunch because I thought it may be a decent place to get a burger or something else. This place looks really good, but here is my story.1:30 p.m. I walk in with my girlfriend 4 people at the bar, 4 people already eating and finishing with there food then me and my girlfriend have a seat in the dining room. We get water to drink and our menus and are fine. We wait 5 minutes to be asked what we’d like which is also perfectly acceptable, here is where the problem occurs, we ordered. With essentially only 4 people to take care of at the bar (also to note these people had bar foods so they don’t require much attention besides beers at this point) and 4 people finishing the food they’ve already gotten, we wait 45 minutes before seeing any food. So essentially I’m being told 2 meals, a chicken sandwich and a quesadilla take 45 minutes to make when you have an empty restaurant. The other issue I ran into was that everything was an up-charge, a burger costs 4.99 that seems like an AWESOME deal, but here is the catch, that burger, is essentially as good as a burger from McDonalds, if not worse, and then the fries for that burger cost 1.99 along with an additional 2 dollar drink. So a 9 dollar burger w/ fries the equivalent of a McDonalds meal that takes 45 minutes.The times I did want service i.e. my drinks empty, questions on the food, I’m constantly ignored and the waitress was on the phone talking to someone she obviously knew and not doing her job. I thought this may have been just me, but come to find out apparently 2 other people I know had been here and one reported being served rotten fish and the other awful service. I wont be going back.
