Terrible service. My first and last time to blue’s was a bad experience. The service was friendly which was pleasant but it was very careless and complacent. We preordered our food 30 minutes in advance and when we got there we had to wait an additional 30 minutes we were offered a complimentary drink which was nice but, while waiting the owner/manager Sat and watched football. Showing no concern to our extremely long wait. When I confronted him about our extremely long wait time and that we would not be bringing our business back there, he showed no concern offered an apology and that was it. I haven’t tried the food but regardless I will not be bringing my business back there if your looking for good service and good wings I high suggest somewhere else.
First off I’d have to say the service was good. The wings on the other hand, were just terrible! Tasted like the grease they cook them in was weeks old, or the grill needed to desperately cleaned. I might add the salad was very good though.
