Best French in Charleston. This new truly French eatery, in a rather obscure location, is a treat. Nice interior, wonderful, very French staff (especially the chef), and a menu of great goodies makes this a place that could become a habit. Simple menu, but done with oh such style and panache, from a tasty goat cheese-potato tart,to a plate of cheese with fig compote and pears, to a marvelous rack of lamb and, yes, THE best pommes frites in this area of the universe.
