We drove from the West Ashley area to try this restaurant during restaurant week. The menu looks delicious online and it had received excellent reviews. We were disappointed when we arrived as the decor left something to be desired as it seems shabby and the carpets were quite dirty and had a musty odor. We disappointed that the full menu was not offered at lunch. Not a huge surprise. We were excited to see what they would offer for the Restaurant Week selections. Sadly their famous Mac and cheese was not one of the selections. We decided on the pulled pork only to find out that they were out. We asked for a sandwich substitution but were declined. It was very disappointing that the manager could not be more accommodating. Our waitress had way more tables than she could handle and failed to return to our table. We ended up ordering the Mac and cheese and a hamburger. The Mac and cheese had a powder texture and the chicken was like warm. The hamburger patties were the size of a Slider. All very disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Amazing food and service. We had a party of 17 and Elly was the best service we’ve experienced. Everything was perfect and she did a great job of making us feel welcome. I would recommend 100% and Elly is #1 in my book. Thanks and keep up the great work!!

Simply clicked on this place bc of the name…thought it was creative! Then saw the reviews of the mac&cheese (as well as the other menu items) and knew I HAD to go!! What a great decision!! I had the turkey club and te sauce they out on it is very tasty! And I paid extra for a side of the m&c and OMG! It was AMAZING!! Best I’ve ever had!!! The boyfriend had te BLT and side salad…he said they were both awesome!! For an appetizer we had the rustic bread and it too was awesome!!! A must go!!!!

WOW!!. I’m not a huge foodie, but I have to say that Crave blew me away. My husband and I are doing a paleo challenge and decided to venture out for a night. Living nearby, we decided to try Crave. The place has a beautifully soft lit patio with tiki torches and string lights. Inside has the feel of a upscale casual place with lots of variations of cherry colors lit with candlelights and pendant lighting. Our server, Gabe, was knowledgable and friendly. I ordered the cheap wine and it was excellent! The southern flavored pork wings we had were fall-off-the-bone tender, crunchy and flavorful on the outside and tender and succulent inside. Our entrees were gluten free/low carb (they had a nice selection of gluten free entrees) – I had the tilapia on a bed of spiced apples and my husband had hanger steak, sauteed spinach and red onion with brie and bing cherries and walnuts. Both the flavors and the textures of both entrees married SO well. It was tremendous!!! The icing on the cake however was the dessert Gabe suggested. Lightly cooked pears with a caramel sauce, walnuts, cherries and goat cheese. It was a food orgasm, I was practically retarded afterward. Well done Crave!! We will be back with friends!! **This would be a great place to take someone on birthday if you don’t want to pay Magnolias/Cypress prices– this is where I will be going.**

Ive only ever been here for brunch, but Ive had either REALLY slow service, not great drinks (watery), not thoroughly cooked eggs (sent back twice and still not right), and fries that are actually chips (even after I asked about them to clarify). I really want emotions like this place; the people are nice, and the place has great potential, but I’m disappointed every time I come. Done with the third and fourth chances 🙁

Drinks were weak, apps were cold and we were neglected. Never going back.
