GREAT SERVICE! There food is delicious!! The man was super sweet and the wife is the only deliverer they have so if you are complaining with the time, just remember it’s one person cooking,awnser calls and the other person is doing all of the delivering so be nice!
Called in an order of shrimp fried rice and chicken wings, picked it up and returned to work. when I opened the container the food was really overcooked, I bit into the chicken and a rotten smell was coming from it and the inside looked bad. Was nice about it and called the restaurant and told the lady, she said that they fry their chicken every morning and that it was fresh. She also said that they don’t do refunds or exchanges. Called again to talk about it and she was very rude and hung up. Excellent customer service is what it takes to keep a business going. If your customers aren’t satisfied and the manager doesn’t care you won’t be in business long.
Worst place ever. Took two hours to deliver our food. The professional thing to do would be to inform your customers about the wait. Food was cold and nasty when we did finally get it. Never ordering there again. Try the new Asian flavor for fast friendly service and great food!!!
the reviews are correct. the customer service is the worst!!! tried to place an order and the lady on the phone acted like I was troubling her or putting her out just to place the order. we just moved to town and live across the street from the restaurant. she said delivery was an hour. she was rude once i started placing the order, cutting me off and just a bad attitude in general. I’m sorry you sound like you hate your job, but in the food industry (which is where you work) you’re going to have to talk to people. You might think about changing your attitude or finding a new job. DO NOT GO THERE!!
IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO GET OUR FOOD. I HAD TO CALL TO CONFIRM THE ORDER, WHEN THE DELIVERARY PERSON ARRIVED, SHE DID NOT HAVE AN ITEMIZED RECEIPTED OF THE ORDER, I FELT IT WAS WELL OVER THE PRICE I HAD ORDERED AND WANTED TO SEE THE CHARGES, ONE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT SEEM TO BE TRUSTWORTHY

Bunch of Babies. Don’t understand why people get so butt hurt about the take out ordering process, it’s simple, call tell them what you want and go pick it up. Not sure if people are looking for a best friend in the process
