My favorite restaraunt in Mt. Pleasant. I eat out often. Sometimes I am with just a couple of people and sometimes with groups. I will always suggest Longhorn if someone is asking me where to go. Longhorn is by far the best restaraunt in this town. The service is awesome. They have very little turnover, which tells me alot about its management. If there is ever a problem, they make it right! I cannot say enough good things about Longhorn!
Do not eat here. It’s disgusting – I ordered a medium filet and it can out well done. The steamed broccoli was as mushy as mashed potatoes. My salad had brown lettuce in it. If I wanted week-old lettuce, I’d just look in my refrigerator. Way overpriced for the crappy quality. Definitely go local. Not worth the headache, time or money.
Does not know how to cook a proper steak! Hubby and I asked for medium. Mine came out charred, his medium well. Sent steaks back, came out again almost just as bad. Go local instead…
I ordered the ribeye dinner (12 oz. steak for around $19) I ordered the steak medium and when I received it, it was cooked well done and was almost chared. It tasted like hamburger meat as well… Not something I expected out of a $19 steak. The restaurant was running low on glasses while I was there as well and I received my drink in a plastic cup. Overall I was not impressed with this restaurant.
Inconsistent. We have eaten here twice; once we enjoyed and once was terrible. The first time each of our steaks were very good, but service was lacking. Second time the food was awful and I didn’t even get a drink refill. I had the salmon and the fish smell was so overpowering I couldn’t even eat it. The appetizer was lukewarm, and my husband’s steak was very tough. Will not be going back.
Single? This is a great place to sit at the bar! Consistently good meals and always friendly service. Laurie and Kristen are great at the bar. Be sure to ask Kristen to make a mojito for you!
LOVE IT!. I love Longhorn! Delicious steaks, potatoes, and desert. Flow’s Filet’s my fave! I love this restaurant and anyone who’s looking for a delicious steak meal should go!
