Always a good choice for a chain restaurant. The summer specials were outstanding including the shrimp. Lettuce Wraps are a must every trip. The staff at this location is always friendly and very helpful. We do our best not to hit your typical chains but I am never disappointed with the selection here.
We’ve been here just at 2 hours & still waiting for our dessert. Two tables around us were sat after us, and left before us. Frustrating to say the least. I ordered the Singapore noodles & they were WAY too salty! My kids both got the pad thai, not good at all. My hubby got the lo mein which was actually a good dish. We all ordered the two for $40 deal and shared. Very disappointed in the new dessert menu on that menu, there is now an up charge of $4 for each dessert. We’ve always gotten the banana eggrolls and it used to be an up charge of $1.95. Overall disappointed in the service & food.
Disappointed. I have eaten at locations in the past and the food here does not compare. Yes the atmosphere is gorgeous and the customer service was great however the food is lacking. The wait was too long and when our food arrived it was no better than anything I can make at home. Lower your expectations and then you will have an enjoyable experience here. I don’t have any desire to return again.
Loved it!. We had our daughter’s 16th birthday party there last night, and the staff here was amazing! We had a party of 30 or more and we were seated right away and never had to wait for any of our drinks or food. Our server was Taylor, and he was awesome! The food was amazing. Not one person in our party complained. They all raved about the service and the food. GREAT JOB PF. Changs! We will definitely be back!!!!
Condescending waiter. I did not go here by my own accord, I was invited. Waiter seemed to have a problem treating mature women with respect. Funny, because they have tremendous purchasing power and knowledge. Food was ok for what it was.
We caught happy hour, so the Flaming Red Wontons I ordered were a little cheaper than normal. I ordered the Almond and Cashew chicken, w/o the Almonds. The kitchen handled this request with no problem. The food was good as well as the service. The food prices just seemed a bit high for what it really is. You only get white or brown rice with your meal, no fried rice with vegetables and egg and the norm, this was a bit of a disappointment. All and all a decent meal
