We had 2 experiences on the same day. We first arrived at about 6:45pm on a hursday even to have dinner before an appointment later on. When I walked in the place was half empty but was told there is at LEAST a 20min wait. Ok fine so we left and decided to do takeout instead. After our appointments I called in the order and was told it would be about 25-30 mins. Not a big deal so we waited. After 40mins passed and we still have not received our food I was getting upset. Another gentleman walked in at that time and picked up how take out order and left yet we are still waiting. We didn’t have a larger order just dinner for 2 and a kids plate. Another 10mins pass before getting our food. Almost an hour for what should have taken no more than 30 mins. No apology for the longer than expected wait. Haven’t eaten the food yet since we are on our way home now but my expectations are not great for the food since they can’t seem to take care of their customers properly.
