Fantastic Food: Fresh, Local, Healthy and First Class!. My fiance and I recently dined at this restaurant and we can’t stop talking about how Fantastic our meal was! We started the evening with a bowl of Crab and Shrimp Bisque with tomato concasse, grilled corn and onions. It was by far the best bisque i have ever eaten. The shrimp were large and just melted in your mouth. Next we tried a Seafood Flat Bread which featured shrimp, crab, shallots, parmesan, with garlic aioli. It too was a perfect teaser for our main course. My fiance chose the Steak (Chef’s choice) which was a filet cooked medium and served with Brussel sprouts and mashed sweet potatoes. I chose the Hong Kong Shrimp or Chicken on top of vegetable fried rice; in keeping with my seafood theme for the evening i picked the shrimp; both great choices! We finished our meal with a slice of Pumpkin/Apple roll. Our server Hadley and the manager Nate were very friendly and made our experience memorable!!
