Beautiful view, delicious food, and excellent staff!! This has became my new Charleston seafood place!!!! The crab dip is amazing and the crab legs were more than enough for two people to share! Will definitely go here again!
My husband and I enjoy seafood and trying new restaurants when we travel. We stopped in RB’s for dinner. We ordered raw oysters for an appetizer. Even though they were a little small, they were tasty. My husband ordered the grilled scallops and I ordered the crab cakes. Both were absolutely delicious! We will definitely stop in again when we are in the area. In addition our waiter was top notch
Great service, tasty food. Loved the view and ambiance. Excellent selection, seafood was fresh and prepared well. Oysters were the hit of the dinner party.
Great nautical decor (LOVED eating in the upstairs area) with great view of Shem Creek (if you eat near a window). My family had the Ultimate Seafood Platter (fried), Rockefeller oysters, oyster po boy, Mahi Mahi grilled sandwich, and broiled Shrimp & Scallops combo. Everyone really enjoyed their food (though the fried shrimp tasted slightly better than the broiled). The succotash side option was also tasty. I recommend going at lunch for better prices on the meals. It’s a must visit every trip we have to the Charleston area.
Big disappointment the last 4-5 years in terms of food & service. Surprised they can stay open. Must be the uninformed tourists that dine here.
Absolute disaster of food. Don’t expect much service and if you like paying $30+ for frozen horrible tasting seafood. Come here. I went to real Arby’s after and actually tasted better. Avoid and go to others at Shem creek
Awful experience!. We tried this place and we were very dissappointed. The waitress didn’t even pay us attention, brought us the wrong drinks, and the service was very bad. They were out of draft beers, and most of the bottles. We had a frozen drink that was not even frozen. To make it worse, the good was disgusting. We ordered the famous crab dip, but I’m very surprised it’s famous for anything good. It’s cold, and bad enough all you taste is mayonnaise and horseradish. They gave us crackers tht were mostly broken and our server didn’t come by once to check on us. Save your time and money!
