Poor service and equally worse shakes.. I’ve been to Ye Ole many times during my dental school years. We attended the Mt. Pleasant one during a recent visit with our children. The two individuals working the ice cream area were extremely rude and were visible and audibly agitated every time a new customer came in. We informed the manager (or who we thought might be in charge) and he made no comment whatsoever. To top it off, when we went to drink our shakes, it was like they were made with 3/4 milk and very little ice cream. No flavor at all, only like milk. Will not visit this location again.
Great!! Highly recommend – pleasant staff, big portions, good variety. Good prices too.
Horrible customer service! My husband & I were there tonight (celebrating our anniversary) with our toddler. The kid scooping the ice cream had a huge attitude and seemed to be very annoyed we were there! After he (reluctantly and rudely) served us we heard him yelling something at another employee about being spoken to like a woman…then he dropped the f bomb. Right there with my 2 year old in hearing distance!!! A few minutes later we asked another employee for change for a dollar and she sighed loudly as if it was a HUGE bother to her!!! No one greeted us or thanked us for our business. I wouldn’t return there if the manager paid me to!

Sandwich to Go. I love to come in and order a sandwich to go. Then my dog and I go home and share. I know it sounds crazy but she loves the quality time and I get half the calories. LOL My favorite is the Rachel.

Horrible service the server we had gave us poor service, did not make eye contact at all. Never refilled the drinks, and never checked on us. Food tasted crappy and the chicken had lots of fat on it. The BLTs tasted as if they were microwave ‘fresh’.
