Found this Jem by a recommendation. Love the location and view. Staff is great as is the atmosphere! We always love coming here. You wait but it’s worth it! A must when visiting!
Great view and great food. Love the location of the restaurant…it makes you feel like you’re out of the tourist trap. It is expensive, but well worth it.
Cold Food. Went to Jack’s for my birthday. Ordered she crab soup, prime rib w/baked potato. Got my salad at salad bar, sat down and was immediately served my soup. Told soup was real hot and would be hot when I finished my salad-NOT. Then entre came before I started my salad. After salad, everything was cold-soup, prime rib and potato. VERY POOR SERVICE. Food prices very high for this level of service and quality of food. It was one of our favorite spots but no longer. Will find somewhere else to spend this kind of money for GOOD service.
Rude employees and manngers. I was on vacation last week and was yelled at by a waiter and tried to tell the manager and she told us that she didn’t care. So needless to say we will not be eating there again. Been going many years but I guess they don’t want or need my business!!!L.Reas
Pretty good. Out server Eric did a great job. Oyster po boy was amazing, grilled shrimp salad was great kids burger was on a mushy bun but was ok. Dessert was a chocolate and pecan pie and it was great!
Being a local this place is highway robbery! The food is awful, over cooked hush puppies, undercooked scallops. Tourist trAp! Will only be back if I have guests hellbent on going! Ugh
