Excellent service, outstanding food. This restaurant is also family friendly. The warm blueberry bread pudding with salted caramel ice cream is to die for.
I took my daughter and her husband here for a wedding dinner celebration. The setting was perfect! The staff took the extra time to catered to us on every level. I thank them so much for making our day an even more SPECIAL day!!! Thanks….
WOW!. We are on vacation. We tried several restaurants in Myrtle Beach before this one, and we were disappointed each time. Finally! Something special. This restaurant was just great. The staff was very friendly. Our waitress was outstanding. The food was amazing. We started with the fried green tomatoes with crab meat. I think they would have been better without the crab, but they were very good nonetheless. I had the ribeye and Carolina rice. Perfection. My wife had shrimp and grits. Just great! The dining experience was more expensive than we normally do, but it was well worth it. Definitely a highlight to our vacation.
Enjoyable, a likely repeat. Visited with my wife for a casual dinner. Food was well prepared, flavorful, great tasting. Ambiance is a little lacking, felt a little late 80’s fine dining to me. Nothing really wowed me. Portions were perfect. I had the shrimp and grits, fried green tomatoes, and the wife had a surf and turf. Now that we will visit the area more often, i know this will make it into our normal rotation.
One of the greatest dining experiences I’ve ever had. I took my fiance there to celebrate our engagement. It’s nice, quiet, romantic, and the best part was it wasn’t a place for small children. The staff was one of the most friendliest staffs I have ever met. The food was cooked to perfection. Our server and the matre d’ really helped us with things to do for the rest of our evening (we are here on vacation). The atmosphere was perfect for the evening we were looking for.
Nice dinner, not beachy. We visit Myrtle Beach often and I have to confess, the sorta rowdy, loud beach atmosphere kind of gets to me after a while. When that happens, we head to Aspen Grille.A quiet oasis in the middle of Nascar and Carolina Opry themed family fun, its an actual restaurant meant to serve good food, not AYCE piles of greasy fried batter and sugar. That being said, its not stuffy or snobby, so no need to dress way up. Swimsuits and a cover up, no. Shorts and a golf shirt or nicer, yes.I’d recommend favorite dishes, but they change the menu so often that it probably wouldn’t be there when you go. We’ve never had a bad meal there and feel pretty sure you won’t either, no matter what you order.
