Located in the Blue Water Resort at 2001 S. Ocean Blvd., Bolton's Blue Water Caf & Beach Bar is one of the only resort restaurants and bars open to the public. Opened in June 2015, Bolton's Blue Water Caf & Beach Bar is owned and operated by the Nationally Accredited James Bolton. Before becoming a restauranteur, Bolton had a decorated career as a police officer, paramedic, and firefighter, having been awarded numerous commendations such as "Police Officer of the Year". James even was signed to a record label having an award winning Southern Gospel Album. His career took him many places-he traveled extensively throughout the United States and, during his travels, he realized his great love for food. Everywhere Bolton went he picked up recipes and added them to his own cooking repertoire. In addition to understanding delicious meals, Bolton also understands that many of us are on a budget. Because of his love for food and his duty to the public, Bolton's Blue Water Caf offers tasty, hearty meals and adult beverages at a fair and honest price. Nobody was ever in there when I went so I always left. I think it had not been open very long. Who knows?
We had the honor of being served by Mr Bolton who is the owner and a local retired police and fireman. Nice place, reasonable prices and good breakfast! Be sure to frequent the restaurant and tiki bar.
Good selection, great prices, friendly service. I’ve had breakfast here with friends and family and this little place is consistently good. The owners are super friendly and helpful to you if you’re a visitor. I recommend it!
Stopped in for breakfast today. It was amazing! Pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns all cooked as ordered with excellent flavor. Coffee was fresh and hot. Waitress was friendly and informative. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely go back.
