I have to say the food was just awful. The rice was not cooked done and the chicken was overcooked . I will never order from them again. My 5 yr old and 7 and 19 yr old daughters didn’t even like their food
China Chef Kudos. Ordered for take out last nite and told them the hotel I was staying in and immediately they provided me with the address for verification. It was easy to order by phone and with Pint size servings as an option for 2 people. They told me the wait time would be 45 minutes but delivered within 30 minutes and everything was fresh and hot. I judge a good Chinese restaurant by their hot and sour soup and it was excellent. We had their chicken Lo Mein, General Tsos chicken, Kung Pao chicken and the wife had an egg roll. Can not say enough about freshness and flavor. Worked on the waterfront in Manhattan, the Bay area, and lived in Hawaii so exposed to a number of china town restaurants and this experience rates up there.
Good food, AWFUL SERVICE. I have been a very loyal customer to china chef for the past year even though they have delivered incorrect food and warm soda because of the incredibly poor communication on their end. I live fairly far from them so I always understood the long delivery time, I was just happy that they would deliver. Today when I placed an order she called and said that they won’t deliver to me anymore because it’s too far. They are rude, inconsiderate people who by no means should run a restaurant.
Well priced, slow delivery. Deal breaker was that they sent me the wrong food and didn’t do anything to make it right. Paid full price for the wrong order.
Terrible. I ordered a broccoli with chicken and I got the broccoli but I have no idea what the other thing was. It was like a chewed up tofu.
As with your typical carry-out chinese rest. Its a hike in the wall. But what they lack in flare, they replace with fare. We ordered both sweet and sour chick and Cashew chick. Both were exceptional. Honestly, the best sns chick that I’ve ever consumed. Not to mention, the egg roles were phenomenal. Ample amounts of flavor in every bite. And of course the price is always right with chinese. Just order the combo plates. Plenty of food for two.
