  Awful Service, Crazy Manager Yells At Customers. 7 of my friends and I started going to Cleat Chasers for lunch on Fridays for 6 weeks or so. The staff has never been real friendly to start. Today it took over 45 minutes to get our food and there was only 2 other people in the restaurant. A different waitress not the one that took our orders finally brought 4 of our orders out and placed 3 on the table. One order was wrong and when the waitress was told she got an attitude and carried it back to the kitchen along with the other order still in her hand. She finally returned after getting the order fixed and placed it on the table along with another order of the same except the meat was cook to a different temperature. She was asked which was which and she did not know and started off back to the kitchen still carrying one of the very first plates of food with her again. My friend stopped her and nicely asked if he could have his food and also asked why it took so long to get our orders. The lady freaked out and started raising her voice saying this isn’t her table and she didn’t have to put up with this and stormed of raising hell and complaining that she didn’t have to take this and that she would go home. She could be heard throughout the restaurant complaining. Our first waitress brought the rest of our food out and you could still hear the other lady complaining. I asked to see the manager and the waitress told me that the lady complaining was the manager. We were all shocked by this. How can someone this crazy be the manager of a restaurant and how do you keep customers? I also requested the owners phone number and never got it. They lost 8 repeat customers today which sucks because the food is great and is worth the wait. We will spread the word about how awful the service was. Will never go back.

  Awesome Food/Apps!. Hubby and I love this place! SMOKEFREE!! Great $prices$ Happy Hour 7days a week 4-7pm Can’t beat $5 Apps and Drink Specials! Clean, Friendly place. So close to our home in Conway and we don’t have to drive far down Murder Road 501 during rush hour/tourist season!!

  Great atmosphere, waaaaaay more grown up than Bernis used to be. Happy hour 7 days a week. Food is nothing special though.
