Refused to serve us ice cream 15 minutes before they closed, won’t ever be back.
Rude service and the ice cream was soupy and melted when it got to the table. Avoid this restaurant.
Service was extremely slow. My salad was swimming in dressing and I couldn’t eat it. My fiance burger was good and he liked the milkshake and that they give you the extra. Probably won’t go back.
Friendly’s is a great place to eat. Good atmosphere with great food. Good prices with a HUGE menu to choose from. The portions are pretty big so we couldn’t get ice cream for dessert but they sure look good.
Slooooow service, great food!!! It took us 2 hours to eat lunch, so if you dont have that kind of time, skip it. If you do, I would highly recommend Friendly’s because the food is good, especially for the price.
I will not return to this location. When we got seated it took almost 15 minutes for someone to take our drink orders, and that was the manager. After they brought us our drinks we placed our order. 25 minutes goes by and our food comes out, but wait where’s my soup. They said it would be another few minutes. When and were do you eat soup after the meal. I am not a rough customer by any means but if I need a refill on a soda, I shouldn’t have to walk around to find my server and ask for it. I know the food industry is rough one, I was a cook for a few years, but poor service is poor service and that’s what this was. Good food bad service.
