Lamb shank plate is some of the best lamb I’ve had outside of Europe. The service is social and involved. The chick peas that come with the appetizer entree sampler are insane! They don’t use many filler ingredients, which I love. The atmosphere is pretty chill and they have belly-dancing on Wednesdays. A very unique place in many ways.
AMAZING!! I don’t normally write reviews, but this is a fantastic restaurant. I live in the D.C. area where we have a lot ethnic food. The hummus is one of the best I’ve had and large portion enough for at least 4 people. the beef was juicy and tender and my chicken was amazing. All the staff were so polite and friendly. The portions were big and everyone had something o take home. Neat atmosphere. You can sit a table in the first dining room or on couches with pillow seating and beautiful decorations. we come to MB 4-5 times a year and this is our 3rd visit since April. NEVER been disappointed. An earlier review said everything was fried. I’ve never had a fried dish here. This is a must go to place while in MB if you like Mediterranean food.
It’s a really pretty atmosphere and the food is delicious
Disappointing. Party of 5…2 vegetarians one with a food allergy. This is supposed to be Mediterranean food but I found only fried foods. Everything seemed to be fried..very little fresh anything..salad included. The saffron rice was subpar..not warm; the Moroccan fish came out unseasoned (and 10 mins after all the other food came out), along with the schnitzell…I thought it was a little over priced for the quality of food. $44 for basically 2 people..the allegory/vegetarian got the potato dumplings. The decor is awesome..in fact, they should have used that money toward a better chef. think you can pass on this place. There are much better places to eat in MB.
Best lamb outside the Mediterranean!. My family and I were visiting Myrtle Beach last week and had dinner here. The atmosphere was wonderful and the service was excellent. The food was amazing……I had the lamb shank, it was cooked perfectly, the best lamb I’ve had outside the Mediterranean! We will definately be going back there the next time we’re in the area……love it!
Very weird atmosphere. Inattentive. Waitress told us All entrees are not available. She also told us this is just a new restaurant. (Obviously if people wrote reviews in 2011, it is not so true). They have not gotten their menu all together yet. We left after 10 mins. Feels like they really don’t want to serve us.
Very awkward atmosphere to say the least… Smoking allowed, very unattentive- didn’t get served for 10 minutes… Stares from people who work here they had a group of owners, family or whoever they were in the corner smoking cigarettes and staring. Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Leaving now…. Didn’t get waited in yet.
