Simply put this was amazing! Such a great find for us on our vacation. The owner was out and greeted us and was charming and gave us a great family feel. The servers were friendly and quick with everything. We ordered and the food came out fast and delicious. Hats off to the chef and your menu. I only wish I had more time to stay and try more items! 100% will be back when in the area.
Great food! Owner came by and check on us while we were eating. We had Waffles & Chicken and the Bacon Waffle. I’ll be back again at the end of October. So many choices to choose from.
First time at Johnny D the food was awesome and the service was really good I had the waffle platter with the cinnamon swirl in the waffle. The morning was topped off with a visit from the owner to our table. A must stop if you’re in Myrtle Beach
This is possibly the best breakfast / lunch place I have ever been to. My family enjoyed it so much we went there twice in three days on a six day vacation. It was better the second time. The first day we went they ran out of the brisket . They had it the second time around and OMG was it worth the wait. The service was great also. Don’t pass it up on your next trip to MB.
First time using this app and rating a restaurant so here it goes. I travel extensively through North America for work but this is a family vacation adventure that I’m currently on. If you’re looking for a good place to eat breakfast in the Myrtle Beach area stop looking. Johnny D’s has great food, great service and all at a very reasonable price. The kids both had waffles while the wife and I went with omelettes. Again, great food but I would definitely try the enchilada omelette. Very short time between the first cup of coffee and food on plates. When we come back this place will definitely be on our list
There was a line out the door but the hostess moved people in pretty quicky. Our waitress Crystal was friendly and helpful. The he food was amazing and had a menu that was wide ranging. My experience here was great. We will come back.
Great food and great service. We’ve been there twice this week while on vacation and plan to go every morning for breakfast. It’s a little more expensive than your typical chain but it’s well worth it.
