  Authentic and Delicious. Great food at this dive. Lots of people here on a Sunday evening. Wish we could have tried it all. Our favorites were the carne asada empanadas and gorditas. I loved that everything could be ordered a la carte. The handmade tortillas are also a nice find and unlike the prepackaged shells. Give it a shot when you are feeling adventurous.

  Best authentic Mexican food!. We were craving Mexican on our recent vacation to Myrtle Beach and La Poblocita was close so we gave it a shot. Hands down the best decision we made the whole trip. The restaurant is a little off the beaten path in a little shopping center, but don’t let that scare you away. All the tortillas are handmade and had a great flavor. I tried two tacos, a gordita, and an empanadas and they were all very unique and flavorful. My wife got the enchiladas Rojas and they had a very nice red sauce that had a nice spice while still being light. I got some horchata to go and it was a great cinnamon-y finish to the meal. The whole dinner cost about $20 and we were very satisfied. HIGHLY recommended for anyone in the area!!
