The level of execution was pleasantly surprising. I must be honest, I tried this place because they offered NC trout as an entree meat for hibachi style preparation, something that I’ve never seen before. Little to say that it lived up to the intrigue and anticipation. Service was on point;my waitress was the bartender and she was getting slammed and she still took good care of me.
