What an amazing place. From the minute we walked in..we were impressed..Friendly and attentive staff. Osso Bucco was tender and full of flavor. Cioppino was loaded with seafood and spicy broth. Fried greem tomatoes were a delight. Finished off with chocolate and caramel cheesecake…Our server Justin was extremely professional. I would recommend this place for those who love to wine and dine..Will definitely return..
Good food but poor management which results in some customers getting great service while others wait lengthy times for their food. The ‘manager’ waited on the table next to us and invested time with them so they had a great experience, our food was good but took over 45 minutes which required us to change our plans for the remainder of the evening. The waitress nor manager offered any explanation so it seemed normal that entrees can be delayed. We heard the table near us asking their waitress why their food was taking over an hour after salads were served. They were concerned since they had 2 diabetics who only had salad and bread for over 90 minutes after being seated. Instead of helping the table, the manager made a scene that was embarrassing for both their table, us, and other customers. I would not want the manager to make a scene with me if I ask about my food after 90 minutes so we won’t be back. The food is good but there are other Italian restaurants with good food, consistently good service and managers who know how to be attentive to all customers.
